Subprocessors

For the free beta. This hasn't had legal review. Venqaro Ltd is not yet incorporated: its company registration is pending, so company details are shown as pending. We'll tell you before anything here changes in a way that affects you.
These are the providers we plan to use to run Venqaro Shop. Each will handle information only on our instructions, under a written agreement with data protection terms.
None of them holds any customer data yet: nothing is hosted. This list shows our plan so you can see it before the beta starts. We'll confirm each provider, its contracting entity, the data location and the safeguards for any transfer outside the UK (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum) before we use it, and update this page.

Also used, not as processors of shops' data
- Namecheap, Inc. (Private Email) hosts our own mailbox, tomoya@venqaro.co.uk. It holds the emails we exchange with people directly, such as support questions, beta requests we reply to, and our outreach to businesses; it doesn't hold shops' records. Namecheap is also where the venqaro.co.uk domain is registered.
Changes
Before we add or replace a provider that handles shops' records, we'll update this page and tell account owners, so they can object, as set out in the data processing agreement.
