Beta terms

These terms apply to shops taking part in the Venqaro Shop beta. They add to the terms of service; where the two differ, these apply during the beta. They're accepted in the same way (section 1 of the terms of service): for the business by whoever creates its workspace, and by each person for themselves when they create an account.

Who can take part

The beta is for independent sign-making and print businesses in the UK. Places are limited: we choose shops from the requests we receive so we can support each one properly. Asking to join doesn't guarantee a place.

Free during the beta

Taking part is free. We don't ask for card details, and nothing will be charged during the beta. Your whole team can use your workspace at no extra cost, however many people that is, subject to fair use and the limits we need to keep the service secure.

What to expect

• Venqaro Shop works and is ready for real jobs, but it's still being improved. You may meet mistakes or changes, and there may be short interruptions.
• Please check important documents, such as quotes and invoices, before you send them, as you would with any new system, and download your records from time to time (Settings → Data).
• We'll help you set up, and answer questions and problems by email at tomoya@venqaro.co.uk. We aim to reply within one working day.

Feedback

We'd value your feedback, through the app or by email, and may ask for a short call now and then. You're never obliged to give it. We may use your ideas to improve Venqaro Shop. We won't name your business publicly, or quote you, without asking first.

When the beta ends

• We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of the end of the beta, with the final price and terms of the paid plan. The planned price is £49 a month for each business workspace, with the whole team included. We aren't registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to it; if that changes, the final terms will give the price including VAT.
• Nothing is charged automatically: you choose whether to continue, and you move to the paid plan only if you explicitly agree to it. Section 4 of the terms of service says how paid billing, cancelling and refunds will work.
• If you don't move to the paid plan, nothing is charged. You'll have the notice period to download your records and any files you want to keep; after that your workspace is closed, and then deleted as section 8 of the data processing agreement describes.

Leaving the beta

You can leave at any time, and leaving costs nothing. Before you go, download what you want to keep: your records from Settings → Data (one ZIP file), and any uploaded files, or PDFs of your quotes and invoices, from where they are in the app, one at a time. Then close your workspace from its settings. A closed workspace is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then deleted; you can also delete it straight away.
